Read MoreI have watched your YouTube vids for a couple of years and have always enjoyed how the both of you interact and work together and that comes out in this course. This is a great course that covers all of the essential elements that an instructor will surely cover in your first lesson. However, as a beginner I found it difficult to remember very much of it even an hour later. The short but fully indexed videos in this course have allowed me to revisit areas of my training where I might have problems. I'm sure I will revisit these chapters often as my experience progresses. Thanks very much to the both of you for such fine work. Steve Iverson Fairbanks Alaska

Yes! All the content is designed to give you an understanding starting from zero and assuming you have no prior knowledge. It goes well with your PG or PPG training or as a refresher if you already have a license.
You can get a lot from just watching the videos, but ideally you should practise the exercises in each lesson. The best is to have your own wing, harness and helmet (or from your school). If you're just starting out or have strong wind, or groundhandle a lot, a groundhandling wing and a lightweight harness will also be very useful.
Different people learn at different paces. Generally it can take around an hour or less, but it depends on you, how fast you want to go, and how well you do on the final quiz.
